Indian Style Cook
Prepare a full line of authentic tasty Indian specialty foods (appetizers, tandoori meats, breads and full selection of curries)
Oversee kitchen operations
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
Clean kitchen and work area
Full time, Permanent position
Salary: $17.00 /hour 40 hour work week
English language
Education: high school
Experience: 1-2 years in a similar position
Skills requirements: Previous experience with preparation of Indian dishes and thorough knowledge of Tandoori cooking techniques is required
