Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence, Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services, Carry out administrative activities of establishment, Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met, Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures, Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls, Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
Graphic Designer Specific Skills
Establish guidelines for illustrators or photographers, Develop the graphic elements that meet the clients' objectives, Co-ordinate sub-contracting, Prepare sketches, layouts and graphic elements, Co-ordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual or electronic materials, Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements and content of communications materials
