Job Description Commonwealth Banquet Hall & Conference Centre Inc, trading as Rajveer Banquet Hall is looking for two Food Service Supervisors who can start immediately. The Banquet Hall is located at Unit 1177 – 3961 52 Ave NE, Calgary, Alberta T3J 0J7.
Wages: $19.00 per hour for 40 hours per week
Benefits: as per Alberta standards
Terms of Employment: Full time permanent position
Applicants with part time availability to cover full time shift are encouraged to apply
Flexibility available. The Banquet Hall is open for private functions from Monday to Sunday 11 a.m. until 11 p.m. The Conference Centre is also open to bookings 7 days per week.

Job requirements: Language: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Job duties: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Prepare food order summaries for chef, Supervise and check assembly of trays, Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, Establish work schedules

Ability to supervise: 1 – 2 people
