Lovely Nails is located in the city of North Bay, Ontario and we are committed to running a professional and influential nail salon to provide a variety of excellent services including manicure and pedicure services from regular, shellac color to full set of acrylic, Uv gel, bio gel and dipping powder.
To expand our business, we are looking for a full-time and permanent Spa Supervisor.
We offer: C$20.50/hr (30-40hrs/wk) with 4% paid vacation.

Employment requirements:
- Completion of secondary school.
- Previous working experience in Nails Salon is an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Organize, assign, and evaluate the daily operation of the Nails Salon.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the spa including opening and closing procedures, staff performance, and customer intake procedures.
- Order and manage purchases of nail materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Coordinate and organize the work shifts for Nail Technicians.
- Keep updated records of costs and revenues and prepare weekly/ monthly reports to Manager/owner.
- Assist clients with special needs and resolve working issues such as customer complaints.
- May assist in hiring or training new staff.
- Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment to ensure smooth operation.
- Monitor the quality of the service and handle emergency situations.
- Manage online booking appointments.
- Promote service discounts on social media.
- May perform the duties of workers supervised.
