Duties:

•       Make room reservations, registering and booking guests in and out of their rooms
•       Provide information and services to guests and receive payment for services.
•       Represents the first point of contact with guests.
•      Welcome guests and handles all stages of a guest’s stay.
•       Answer telephonic queries and queries in person regarding hotel services.
•      Respond to guest’s complaints and concerns.
•     Keeping record of room reservations and availability at night. 
•     Coordinate with Night Managers and Security Guards.  
•     Reconcile all the accounts and process invoices.
