Wages: $35.60 / hour

Job Type: Full-time, permanent (30 hours / week)

Minimum Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Job Location: 275 Garry Street Winnipeg, MB R3C 1H9

Job Description:

• Setup and configure new MS Windows servers as required in VMWare 5.1 clustered environment

• Coordinate use of technology resources with user’s needs

• Install software releases

• 7/24 pager escalation and production support

• Leads upgrades of database software and hardware, provides ongoing support, as required, of same

• Manage the daily operations of the corporate Windows & Solaris servers, Windows PCs and network

• Upgrading server OSes and various applications

• Monitor the health and performance of all servers and PCs

• Auditing system logs for troubleshooting and incident response
