Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment, co-ordinate and plan for office services such as overseeing equipment’s, supplies, creating important office forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Review, evaluate and implement new administrative policies and procedures.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Co-ordinate and order spares for truck repair for stock.
  • Maintain billing information and follow-up for payments.
  • Schedule and maintain calendar for in-coming and out-going vehicles.
  • Provide available slots to customer over phone call.
  • Maintaining the satisfaction of current clients and vendors and also marketing the business to potential new clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Data entry, processing, preparation, and reconciliation of paperwork, invoices, and bills.
  • Filing important documents, such as reports, meeting notes, emails, and letters.
  • Supporting bookkeeping and budgeting services. 
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
