Carry out administrative activities of establishment, co-ordinate and plan for office services such as overseeing equipment’s, supplies, creating important office forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
Review, evaluate and implement new administrative policies and procedures.
Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Co-ordinate and order spares for truck repair for stock.
Maintain billing information and follow-up for payments.
Schedule and maintain calendar for in-coming and out-going vehicles.
Provide available slots to customer over phone call.

Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
