Job Description

What you will be doing?

Advise job applicants on employment requirements and on terms and conditions of employment.
Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and arrange transfers, redeployment and placement of personnel.
Recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions.
Ensure compliance with the federal, state and local employment laws, including affirmative
actions.
Designing and implementing the overall recruiting policies and strategies.
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and
advertisements, and collect and screen applications.

You Will: In this role you will be doing a combination of recruiting and HR compliances work to deliver the staffing solutions on our short-term and long-term projects for both contracts and permanent positions.

We will prepare you to:

Source candidates using a variety of creative techniques
Interview candidates
Manage HR compliances
Create detailed notes and assessments for each candidate in our database
Build strong candidate relationships and be the candidate’s main point of contact
Build strong client relationships through cold calling and consultations to fulfill their needs
Manage the full placement cycle from start to finish (ie, set up interviews with clients, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding)
Develop expertise in specialized market areas and verticals

A Graduate Degree with at least 2-3 years of experience in Recruiting, preparing offers, contracts, advertising positions, screening resumes and interviewing along with doing filework for basic compliances.
