Job Description

  • SUPERVISE AND ESTABLISH WORK PRIORITIES FOR THE STAFF 
  • RECEIVE PHONE CALLS TO HANDLE VARIOUS QUERIES AND PROVIDE DIRECTIONS
  • EVALUATE AND IMPLEMENT NEW PROCEDURES TO MEET THE DEADLINES EFFICIENTLY 
  • CARRY OUT ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH COMPANY SCHEDULES FOR THE EMPLOYEES AND THE STAFF 
  •  CO-ORDINATE AND OVERSEE OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES RELATED TO PROCESSING INVOICES AND  PAYCHEQUES
  • SUPPORTING BOOKKEEPING AND CORRESPONDENCE FOR THE OFFICE SUCH AS EMAILS, LETTERS, PACKAGES AND OFFICE DATA
  • ASSISTANCE IN THE COMPANY'S BUDGETARY CONROLS AND KEEP AN EYE ON THE INVENTORY TO MAINTAIN THE EQUIPMENTS, SUCH AS SUPPLIES, PAPER SHEETS, ETC.
  • PLANNING FOR UPCOMING SCHEDULES AND GIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE DRIVERS FOR PICKING UP AND DROPING OFF THE EMPLOYEES 
  • ASSEMBLE DATA AND PROPER RECORD ANR REPORT MANAGEMENT 
  • PROVIDE SUPERVISION ON THE PROPER RECORD MANAGEMENT SPECIALLY FOR TECHINICIANS AND RELATED STAFF
  • ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS TO ASSIST MULTIPLE TASKS ANS MULTIPLE EMPLOYEES AT ONE TIME
