Food and Beverage Service Manager (NOC: 0631)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  • Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
  • Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
  • Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Report on management regarding sales results and productivity

 

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Hours: 30 hours per week
Wage: $25.00 hourly
Benefit: Vacation pay of 4%
Education Requirement: High School Diploma
Experience: 1-2 of experience in the food service sector

Smart Serve Certificate and Food Handler Certificate are required.


Language: Speak, read, and write English
