Supermarket meat cutter
Salary: $23.00 per hour, 40 hours per week, full time, regular, permanent
Requirements: secondary (high) school graduation certificate, some experience in meat cutting, trimming of 1-2 years from any industrial or retail facility, able to work in cold/refrigerated environment, equipment and machinery experience:band saw, manual cutting utensil, power grinder, sausage machine, slicing machine, Personal suitability: accurate, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player
Duties: Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting, Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat, Wrap and package prepared meats, Remove bones from meat, Weigh meats for sale, Cut poultry into parts, Clean and prepare fish and shellfish, Cut fish into steaks and fillets, Grind meats, Slice cooked meats, Prepare special orders, Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products, Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood
