Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of company’s services.
Develop monthly reports on recruitment marketing metrics.
Plan and control budget and expenditures.

Recruit and maintain a pipeline of candidates for all roles within the Agency to ensure targets are achieved.
Develop, recommend and implement rigorous and consistent business plans as well as client retention strategies.
Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies/materials.
Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads
Enhance the company’s career social media profiles with multimedia, posts and other endorsements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, is required
3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a staffing or a services firm is required.
Proficient in English language (verbal & written)
Ability to supervise 3-4 people
Must have knowledge of MS Access; MS Office; MS PowerPoint
