Payrate: $18 per hour for 40 hours of work per week. 

Job type: Full-time, Permanent.

Job Requirements: 

Education: completion of Secondary school graduation is required. 

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years’ experience.

Language: English

Job duties: 

•  Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icing and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
• Sets up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment.
• Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures.
• Bake mixed dough and batters.
• Bake traditional Nigerian Pastries and African Cookies.
• Prepare special orders.
• Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
• Draw up production schedules.
• Ensure that quality of products meets established standards.
• Inspect kitchen and food service areas.
• Operate machinery.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
