Great Job Opportunity 

Permanent Full-Time Cook wanted for “1457813 Alberta Ltd. o/a Bolsa Vietnamese Restaurant Cuisine” located at #848 8180 11 Street SE Calgary AB T2J 3G8.  Wage rate is $16.00 per hour and works 30 to 40 hours per week.  Benefit includes employee meal, 4% vacation pay and continuous learning opportunity.

JOB DUTIES

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Prepare and cook special meals for customers as requested
• Supervise kitchen helpers
• Oversee kitchen operations
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work area
• Plan menus and determine size of food portions
• Estimate food requirements’ costs and monitor and order supplies as often as necessary.
• Train kitchen staff.

Skills Requirements: Reading text, Document use, Numeracy, Writing, Communication, working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Job task planning and organizing, Computer use.

Education: Completion of secondary school is required.

Language: English

Work experience: Work experience is an asset but not required as employer will train
