Position: Night Supervisor
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Salary & Benefit: $20.00/hr based on 30-36 hr/wk, with 4% paid vacation
Overtime: Overtime will be provided after 8hrs/day, and 40hrs/wk

Job Description:
- Establish and implement operational procedures for Super 8
- Establish work schedule and co-ordinate the activities of the staff
- Monitoring the quality of staff performance and participate in the evaluation, coaching and discipline staff when it’s necessary
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Ensure smooth operations of computer systems, CCTV, equipment, etc.
- Arrange for maintenance, janitorial, and repair work in the hotel, hot tub, indoor pool, etc when necessary
- Requisition suppliers and materials
- Resolve work- related problems such as customers’ complaints, safety concerns, etc.
- Prepare and submit reports to the General Manager
- May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
