Salary: $63.55 per hour/30 hr per week; overtime: $95.33 after total of 44 hours in a week

Job Description:

• Communicate strategy and results to the unit’s employees.
• Developing systems that will increase the productivity of employees.
• Analyzing the profitability and efficiency of the company and receiving reports from relevant units and departments.
• To give business plans to the departments in the company within the framework of their authorization, to analyze this flow in certain periods, and to intervene and guide when necessary.
• Analyzing and reporting the company’s income and expenses
• Design strategy and set goals for growth of the company
• Maintaining relationships with client and establish strategies to generate new business projects
• Meeting organizational goals to improving overall revenue.
• Manage hiring of employees depending upon the need and forecast

Education and Experience: Bachelors degree along with relevant experience of 5 - 7 years is required.
