To prepare sandwiches according to customers' orders; greeting customers and accurately taking their orders.
Carrying and replace linen, clear and clean tables, trays and chairs.
Restock all sandwich ingredients and condiments to ensure that they are readily available for orders.
Keep records of the quantities of food used, package take-out food.
Portion and wrap foods; prepare, heat and finish simple food items.
Serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
Stock refrigerators and salad bars.
Take customers' orders.
Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs.
Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment, handle and store cleaning products, remove kitchen garbage and trash.
Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
Maintains food safety and sanitation standards, and handles or processes light paperwork.
Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruits.
Requirements
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Experience 1 to less than 7 months, fresher’s are also welcome; will train.
Weight handling Up to 9 kg (20 lbs), Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
Requires the ability to read, write, communication in English
