Job Summary:

Direct and develop all phases of the IT operations. Setting the short- and long-term strategic objectives while providing the management necessary to achieve profits, growth, or other goals of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Determine the company's mission and strategic direction as conveyed through policies and concrete objectives w
  • Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs;
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Build and direct a team of highly competent Integration Professionals to assist and drive digital transformation initiatives;
  • Align the teams to produce consistent technical deliverables through discovery and architectural leadership;
  • Work closely with internal sales teams and customer stakeholders to understand the landscape, define roadmap and recommend solutions that will meet client goals and realize value in their technical investments;
  • Helping clients modernize their technology stack and improve robustness and performance through the use of APIs, microservices, and best practices leveraging MuleSoft Anypoint Platform;
  • Liaise with MuleSoft/Salesforce field teams and product teams to closely align delivery methodologies on mutual client engagements;
  • Drive conversations with Enterprise Architects and key Business Stakeholders while advising best practices for enterprise architecture functions such as Security, Performance,  Development Process, and Application  Governance;
  • Facilitate the creation  of enterprise  level  application and technical architecture documents using MuleSoft best practices and to help integrate MuleSoft into the customer's technology landscape;
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance to client's teams developing on the platform to influence best practices for development,  governance,  and maintenance life cycle;
  • Implement common services around logging with alerting, error handling, security and monitoring and integrate this within the development framework;
  • Establish a working Center for Enablement (C4E) operating model encompassing both organizational enablement and creation and consumption of reusable assets and APIs stored in Anypoint Exchange;
  • Define, document and automate tracking of KPls of platform  benefits (e.g.  APl reuse, assets published) and collaborative value assessment of business outcomes achieved within and across different component teams;
  • Constantly identify and gain knowledge on emerging technologies and evaluate how it fits into the existing technology landscape;
  • Ensure each project is following its respective delivery framework and that reports reflect a common status definition across all projects to all stakeholders enabling them to proactively mitigate risk;
  • Oversee the strategic development and execution of MuleSoft training and enablement programs, processes, and methodologies throughout the resource lifecycle;

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • MBA preferred
  • Over 5 years of experience in Director or Senior Manager level
  • Successful engagement with multiple clients as a technical advisor.
  • Hands-on experience with development technologies such as Java, JavaScript, or .Net
  • Experience in one or more on-premises/SaaS packaged COTS (Commercial Off-the-Shelf) solutions for ERP, CRM, e-Commerce, or mobile (e.g. Salesforce.com, NetSuite, SAP, WorkDay, Shopify, etc).
