We are looking for Food Service Manager with knowledge of European and Mediterranean cuisine. It is permanent position with 40 hours per week. We offer competitive wage 20 dol per hour and benefit package. The candidate must speak English.
What you’ll be
Manage and evaluate daily restaurant operations, determine type of services to be offered to guests, conduct performance reviews, cost products and services, organize and maintain inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices, ensure health and safety regulations are followed, to control food quality, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, develop, implement and analyze budgets, coordinate staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, address customers' complaints or concerns.
Education
College diploma in hospitality or related field.
Required experience: 1-2 years
