Osoyoos Greenhouses is hiring 9 Full Time “Greenhouse Workers”.

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Working Hours: 40 hours/week
Salary: CAD 15.65/hour 
Positions available: 9
Minimum Education required: No formal education is required

Language: No specific language is required.
Work Experience required: No Experience is Required (Basic greenhouse/farm knowledge is an asset)

Job Duties:

• Plant, fertilize, cultivate, irrigate plants.
• Prepare soil; plant seeds and cuttings; transplant seedlings and rooted cuttings
• Position and regulate greenhouse and outdoor irrigation systems to water plants and fields
• Maintain inventory and order materials as required
• Clean working areas.
• Weed control, Monitor plants for healthy growth and potential weed, insect, disease, and fertilizer problems in greenhouse crops
• Operate and maintain farm machinery & equipment.

Work Site Environment: Outdoors, Wet/damp/rain/shine
