Job Description

We are parents of two kids aged 8 & 2 years , living in Abbotsford,BC ,looking for one Child Caregiver for our kids .This position is full time ,permanent position @ $ 15.65 /hr . There will be 30 hours/week . Vacation pay 4 % of the gross salary will be paid with each pay schedule.

Eligible Candidate must have :

Completion of High School.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the related occupation OR Completion of a training program in child care or a related field is required.
Knowledge of basic English is required.

Job duties:
• Supervise and care for children .
• Bathe, dress and feed children,Changing Diapers and personal hygiene of young one.
• Taking kids to the nearby park
• Prepare meals for children according to employer's instructions
• Oversee child's activities, such as meals and rest periods, as instructed by employer
• Keep child in personal hygiene and social development
• Discipline child according to the methods requested by the parents
• Maintain a healthy environment in the home
• Tend to the emotional well-being of child
• Take child to and from school and to appointments
• Laundry of child clothes and beddings only when the child is at school
• Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding child.
Personal Skills:
· Reliable, trustworthy, warm, calm, good interpersonal and communication skills. Energetic and comfortable with young children.
