Job Responsibilities:
- Look after ScotMaple Group customers, ensuring that product needs are met.
- Contact distributors, wholesalers,s and retailers regularly, and ensure that they are happy with the product, and service and process any feedback from customers.
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible and invoiced accordingly.
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Work with the marketing team to ensure that marketing efforts match sales activities and vice versa
- Manage & keep proper records of inventory and Push for new opportunities in new/existing customers.
- Managing escalated complaints and developing and implementing marketing strategies.
