Job Description

Location: Balcarres, Holdfast SK Canada

Employment: Full time - Permanent

Job duties: 

• Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
• Prepare work schedules and timesheet for payroll regularly
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Sell goods and products to customers
• Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff/cashiers
• Take part in resolving problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Maintain specified inventory and order input goods and products
• Any other duty as assigned by Manager/Director
