Job description:
Adminster contracts for the provision of supplies and contractor servies; Hire and oversee training of staff; Overseeing the leasing of space in hotel facility, event planning and the development of marketing strategies; Plan and magage the facility operations budgets, control and evaluate project to modify commercial and recreational facilities; Plan and organize the operation of commercial and recreational facility of the hotel; Prepare the reports and statistics to area of responsibility and reports to the management.
Job requirements:
Language: English in oral and in writing;
Education: Bachelor's degree;
Work experience: at least 5 years work experience in property managment or management related position;
Work conditions: Attention to detail, Fast-paced environment, Overtime sometimes required, Tight deadlines.
