Education:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience:

2 years to less than 3 years of experience

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

Have great attention to detail and work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to handle working under pressure

Personal Suitability:

Work well with a team, be organized, dependable, reliable, and be client focused

Additional Skills:

• Maintain inventory and supplies in the restaurant
• Balance cash register and complete balance sheets, cash reports
• Conduct performance reviews

Specific Skills

• Manage and control everyday operations
• Monitor sales and company revenues, and modify costs as needed
• Ensure health and safety protocols are followed
• Keep track of individual staff members’ performance and set their work schedule
• Address and handle customers complaints or concerns
• Supervise and train new staff employees
