In addition to developing, owning, and managing our own real estate holdings, we also offer full-service Design and Build services in Victoria's West Shore. We have been enhancing the urban landscape through the development and construction of innovatively designed multi-family homes and commercial spaces and we seek a motivated Team Member to join us in building our community.

Main Duties include:
- Load, unload and transport construction materials
- Mix, pour and spread materials
- Assist heavy equipment operators
- Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades
- Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
- Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs
- Assist in demolishing buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
Employment Requirements:
- Completion of high school
- Related experience preferred, but not required
