Job Description
Bubble World Langley is a Taiwanese cuisine restaurant. We are looking for a highly motived full-time Cook to join our team, who will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes and foods.
Main Duties of the Job
- Prepare all components of the meal
- Direct the process of food preparation and cooking and other relative activities
- Provide training to kitchen helpers ensuring the normal operation of the kitchen
- Follow the recipes or menu provided
- Assist in creating new recipes ensuring the variety of servings
- Ensure meals are served on time
- Sanitize all work surfaces and equipment used
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Assist with special event menus
Employment Requirement
- High school diploma
- Cooking experience (preferred), on-the-job training will be provided to the right candidate
Work Place
Compensation
- Full time: $16.5 - 18/hour (depending on experience), 40 hours per week, Permanent
