To lead the team of Manager of Financial Analysis, Portfolio Leader(s), auditors in implementation of standard processes and procedures as it relates to financial monitoring and reporting;
Provide input to financial and other reporting requirements to partners, Client’s and lenders;
Preparation and co-ordination of project plans for new and re-approval of developments
To review accurately updated monthly reports; accompanied with variance reports detailing the housing management projects and any changes thereto;
Monitor financial performance and deadlines are being met and liaise with general managers or sales managers and other team in planning, leasing, legal, property management
Ensure receiving the reports from various departments on timely manner and doing detailed study to enhance the business volume of the company
Coordinate the year-end audit and review the audited financial statements
Ensure that the Corporate Finance Team is aware of all project financing requirements and work closely to ensure financing is available
Work directly with our external auditors and tax advisors to ensure accurate records and timely delivery of required reporting to investors, lenders, and interested parties.
Research and stay aware of financial market conditions related to relevant field; to assist with the development of appropriate strategies for the projects.
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree required
5 years or more experience in similar role performing similar duties
Possess knowledge of financial planning, P&L analysis, and margin improvement.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to supervise 5-10 employees
Liable to hold budgetary responsibility of $500,001 - $1,500,000
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and meet specific goals and deadlines.
