Job Duties:
Assist in cleaning guest rooms, washroom, and common areas to standard as assigned
Perform room checks
Attend to guest requests for extra supplies or other items
Providing excellent customer service as per the standard of the Hotel
Retrieve, stock, restock and store the housekeeping cart according to prescribed housekeeping, safety, and securityprocedures and regulations
Doing laundry, and special projects
Performing deep cleaning tasks
Cleaning and vacuuming lobby and entrance area
Attention to detail
Assist Executive Housekeeper in training new staff
Team-oriented and able to interact with multiple departments
Previous housekeeping experience
Flexible to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Requirements:
Ability to manage your time efficiently.
Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
Handle basic maintenance and cleaning.
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with hotel guests.
