Job Description
for making Pastry and Cakes and preparing a variety of Syrian desserts, pastries or other sweet products. The preferred candidate will be versed in culinary arts with a passion for sweet and delicious creations.
Skills and experience you bring include:
- Experienced in Arabic pastries: minimum 3-5 years experience in high volume production of cakes and pastries
- Attention to detail
- Energetic, punctual, organized and positive
- Good communication skills, English reading and writing
- Must be able to work alone and as part of a team
- Have knowledge of food handling and preparation procedures
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Carries out any other duties assigned by Management.
- Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting
- Work according to Food Safety and Occupational Health and Safety standards
