POSITION: ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (Full-Time, Permanent)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diary Management; including arranging meetings and rooms, preparing presentations and projects when required, ensuring facilitates (phone conferences, projectors etc) are in place and working, taking and issuing minutes in a timely manner, scheduling follow-up actions as needed.
- Travel Support: including booking flights, accommodation, arrangements for working dinners etc, finding suitable venues when the GM is hosting clients or other guests
- Office Administration: full accountability for processing expenses, workflows, leave management, scheduling performance reviews and other team related processes.
- General administrative support (eg: covering short absences at the front reception desk, covering for other while they are on leave, supporting projects outside their area that are seen as business critical)
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
- Design compensation and benefits packages with HR
- Implement performance review procedures (e.g., quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
- Manage the in and out attendance of the staff
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years experience in similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Efficient interpersonal skills,Organized, Flexibility, Reliability
- Key Skills required such as Attention to detail,Adaption to fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines
SALARY & HOURS
CA$ 27.50 / hour for 30 hours per week (*Overtime @ CA$ 41.25/hr, after 44 hours per week)
