Deepchill solutions located at Woodbridge Ontario Hiring One full time( 40 hours per week) Permanet position for Machining and Tooling Inspector. Must have Relevant expereince 1 to 2 years as a Machining and Tooling Inspector and secondary school. Offering wage rate 28.84$ hourly. Following are the job duties
1: Inspect machined parts and tooling in order to maintain quality control standards
2: Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine engineering
requirements and plan inspection activities
3: Verify dimensions of machined parts or tooling using micrometers, verniers, calipers,
height gauges, pin gauges and custom measuring fixtures; record the measurements
4: Approve materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement
tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials
5: Maintain, repair and calibrate precision measuring instruments such as dial indicators,
fixed gauges, height gauges and other measuring devices
6: Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and
waste; inputting data into quality database
7: Report deviations from specifications and tolerances to supervisor
