Job description-

prepare and cook meals according to dietary requirements and medical nutrition plans.

Follo instruction from dietitians, nutritionist, or head chefs for special patient diets (e.g., low-sodium, diabetics, texture-modified, allergen-free

Portion meals accurately according to prescribed meal plans

Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene in compliance with health regulations.

Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving food supplies

Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and utensils

Assists in menu planning based on patients needs, seasonal availability, and nutritional guidelines

coordinate with kitchen staff, dietitians, and healthcare teams to ensure timely meal delivery

Document meal preparation, substitution, or modification as required by facility policy

May assist in training or supervising junior kitchen staff

Job requirement -

Teamwork and collaboration with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams

Leadership and supervision of kitchen assistants

Time management and multitasking in a fast- paced environment

Attention to detail and quality control

problem-solving and adaptability under pressure
