Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving food supplies
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and utensils
Assists in menu planning based on patients needs, seasonal availability, and nutritional guidelines
coordinate with kitchen staff, dietitians, and healthcare teams to ensure timely meal delivery
Document meal preparation, substitution, or modification as required by facility policy
May assist in training or supervising junior kitchen staff
