Responsibilities
Key Tasks:
- Operate and maintain CNC and manual machining equipment to produce precision automotive parts.
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and engineering drawings for accurate machining.
- Measure and inspect machined components to ensure they meet specified tolerances and quality standards.
- Set up tooling and fixtures for machining operations, ensuring optimal production efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and refine machining processes and techniques.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Record production data and document any deviations or quality issues encountered during machining.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machining efficiency and reduce waste.
