Sukhjiwan Construction Ltd. is looking for 1 individual for the “Office Administrator” position. This job is permanent and full-time. Positions: 1 Salary: $37.50 per hour The job duties to be performed during the working hours are:
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures
Execute administrative tasks for the establishment
Oversee and coordinate administrative procedures in the office.
Examine, analyze, and put new administrative procedures in place.
Establish work priorities and follow procedures to guarantee that deadlines are reached.
Compile information and write periodic and special reports, instructions, and correspondence.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work. results
