Salary: $36.60 per hour

Job Location(s): Surrey, BC, and other areas of Lower Mainland (BC) as per the company’s contracts with its clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers on site, follow the maintenance schedule and ensure quality control.
Plan and estimate material and labour requirements for individual contracts.
Oversee and assist in the planting, trimming, and maintaining of all ornamental trees, shrubs, flowers, lawns, and hardscape features.
Assign duties to the workers and supervise their finished jobs.
Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate with landscaping teams.
Resolve any work-related issues.
Evaluate and report on employee performance.
Train and mentor employees in the areas of plants, grasses, fertilizers, and regular maintenance.
May provide snow removal services during winter.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a landscaping or horticulture supervisor including supervision of workers, providing quotes, making schedules, and providing training is required.
Ability to communicate in English.
