Job Title: Web Developer

Work Location: #302-698 Seymour Street, Vancouver, BC, V6B 3K6

Wage: $29.50 - $30.50 per hour (depending on work experience)

Hours of Work: 30 hours per week

Start Date: As Soon As Possible

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Benefits: 4% Paid Vacation

Duties:

• Monitor website functionality and make appropriate/immediate adjustments when needed
• Troubleshoot issues with performance or user experience
• Build, develop, modify, integrate and test website related code and application interfaces
• Develop Web site architecture and determine hardware and software requirements
• Prepare and implement procedures to revise, update and improve web sites and their application interfaces
• Test, debug and analyze database to maintain web site quality, functions, UIX, and security
• Create unique and appealing websites by highly customizing based on the client’s business requirements and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree, usually in computer science, computer programming, web development or software engineering or completion of college program in computer science or related field is usually required;
• Experience as a computer programmer or graphic designer is required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Passionate commitment and ability to solve complex problems
