Job Summary 

Looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing (SMM) Specialist to manage and grow our online presence for a trucking and logistics organization. The ideal candidate will create engaging content, build brand awareness, generate leads, and support recruitment efforts through strategic social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. 
 
 
 
Key Responsibilities 

Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). 

Create, schedule, and post engaging content (graphics, reels, videos, testimonials). 

Respond to comments/messages and build audience engagement. 

Run basic paid ads for lead generation and driver recruitment. 

Track performance metrics and provide reports. 

Qualifications & Skills 

Experience in social media marketing and content creation. 

Strong knowledge of major platforms and trends. 

Familiar with Canva/CapCut/Meta Business Suite or similar tools. 

Basic understanding of paid ads and analytics. 

Good communication, creativity, and time management skills.

Pay rate: $22/hour
