Job Summary
The Dispatcher coordinates and schedules staff and vehicles to respond quickly and efficiently to service requests. This role communicates with field teams, tracks job progress, and ensures accurate records while providing professional customer support.
Responsibilities
Answer calls and receive service requests; prioritize based on urgency.
Dispatch drivers/technicians and adjust schedules as needed.
Monitor routes and job status using dispatch software or GPS tools.
Communicate updates to customers and field staff.
Maintain accurate logs, reports, and shift notes.
Follow safety procedures, company policies, and required regulations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Dispatch or coordination experience preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Comfortable using computers, phones, and dispatch systems.
Able to stay calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, or overtime if needed.
Pay rate: $25/hour
