Job Summary
Responsible for planning and running digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads/sales. This role focuses on improving online performance through data-driven strategies across paid ads, SEO, social media, email, and content marketing.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
Manage SEO activities to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
Create and schedule content for social media, email, and web pages.
Track performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
Run A/B tests and improve landing pages to increase conversions.
Coordinate with design/content teams to deliver marketing assets on time.
Monitor budgets and ensure campaigns meet ROI targets.
Stay updated on platform trends and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management.
Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, social media, and email marketing.
Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Certifications (Google Ads/Analytics, Meta) are a plus.
Pay rate: $17/hour
