Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to increase revenue. This role focuses on expanding the customer base, improving market presence, and working closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to improve business strategies.
Manage sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and provide regular performance reports.
Attend meetings, industry events, and client visits to promote company services and expand networks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals successfully.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent strategic thinking, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, manage targets, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
Pay rate: $28/hour
