Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate daily operational activities to ensure efficient delivery of administrative and business support services within the IT organization.
Oversee and advise teams responsible for administrative functions including human resources, finance, procurement, records management, security policies, and vendor coordination.
Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards, regulatory requirements, data protection policies, and internal operational procedures relevant to IT services.
Develop, manage, and control operational budgets related to contracts, software licenses, IT equipment, cloud services, and office supplies.
Prepare operational reports, performance summaries, and briefing materials for senior management to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of administrative and operational staff to support organizational growth and service delivery.
Coordinate with technical and project teams to align operational processes with business goals, client requirements, and service-level expectations.
Job Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in the related field is required.
1-2 years of similar experience is required.
