Establish user experience design guidelines, standards, and optimal design practices
Maintain the appearance and usability of Web sites by applying content and design standards
Design visual and interaction elements for Web sites and ensure consistency with the organization’s brand and user experience principles
Integrate user-focused features and functionalities into Web sites
Create and optimize user interface and experience elements for Web sites using a variety of graphics, layout, and design software
Test and improve the usability, accessibility, and overall experience of Web sites
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop Web site design, content structure, capacity, and interactivity
Job Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in relevant field is required.
1-2 years of similar experience is required.
