Retail Sales Supervisor

Job Duties:

• Oversee and supervise sales representatives and cashiers.
• Make work schedules and assign responsibilities to sales personnel.
• Accept payments and merchandise returns.
• Address any difficulties that may come up, such as complaints, requests from customers, and shortages of supplies.
• Order products and keep the designated inventory.
• Create reports on merchandising, personnel, and sales volumes.
• Employ, educate, or set up training for new salespeople, then track and document their progress.
• Make sure the store maintains its aesthetic standards and reputation, including its signage, displays, and cleanliness.
• Potentially carry out the same tasks as employees under supervision

Education:                         College Diploma

Experience:                       1 year to 2 years

Salary:                                $35.50 per hour/ 35 hours a week
