Position: Retail Store Supervisor
Location: Kirkland Lake, ON (On-site only)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Wage: $22.00 per hour
Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week

Job Description:
Petro Canada is seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and supervise retail sales staff at our Kirkland Lake location.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail sales workers
• Assign duties and establish work schedules
• Authorize returns of merchandise
• Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
• Ensure customer service standards are maintained
Requirements:
• Language: English
• Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma (1–2 years), or equivalent experience
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a related role
• Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, overtime, and on-call
