We are currently seeking hard working Welders to join our team.
Job Duties:
Perform structural welding of steel trailer frames, chassis, and components according to blueprints and shop drawings.
Read and interpret fabrication drawings and technical specifications to assemble trailer structures accurately.
Operate and ensure the proper functioning of welding equipment used in the fabrication process.
Fit and secure trailer parts using hand and power tools prior to welding.
Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with quality and structural standards.
Repair or reinforce trailer components as required during production.
Follow workplace safety procedures and report equipment or maintenance issues as needed.
Work independently or as part of the fabrication team to meet production deadline
Requirements:
Completion of secondary school (preferred).
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a welder in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Welding certification is considered an asset.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications.
Strong hand–eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Physically capable of performing demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting materials as required.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including occasional weekends when necessary.
