Koch Greenhouses Ltd. is hiring 1 Full Time “Nursery farm supervisor”.
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Working Hours: 40 hours/week
Salary: CAD 32.00/hour

Work Experience required: 1+ years of relevant experience.
Job Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate nursery and farm workers in daily tasks such as soil preparation, spraying, irrigation, pruning, and general plant care.
- Oversee crop cultivation activities and monitor plant growth to ensure optimal production quality.
- Develop and implement work schedules, assign duties, and establish efficient procedures for farm operations.
- Enforce farm safety protocols and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of crop quality, production volumes, and employee performance.
- Prepare and submit reports on equipment usage, materials inventory, and crop yields.
- Estimate labor, materials, and equipment requirements for upcoming tasks and seasonal planning.
- Perform general farm duties as needed to support team productivity and ensure operational success.
- Work will involve both indoor (e.g., greenhouses) and outdoor environments, often under varying and extreme weather conditions.
