  • SUPERVISE AND ESTABLISH WORK PRIORITIES FOR THE STAFF 
  • RECEIVE PHONE CALLS TO HANDLE VARIOUS QUERIES AND PROVIDE DIRECTIONS
  • EVALUATE AND IMPLEMENT NEW PROCEDURES TO MEET THE DEADLINES 
  • CARRYOUT ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH COMPANY SCHEDULES FOR EMPLOYEES AND STAFF 
  • CO-ORDINATE AND OVERSEE OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES RELATED TO INVOICES AND PAYCHEQUES 
  • BOOKEEPING AND CORRESPONDENCE FOR THE OFFICE SUCH AS EMAILS, LETTERS, PACKAGES AND OFFICE DATA
  • ASSIST IN THE COMPANY'S BUDGETARY CONTROLS AND KEEP AN EYE ON THE INVENTORY TO MAINTAIN THE EQUIPOMENTS, SUCH AS, SUPPLIES,PAPERSHEETS, ETC. 
  • PLAANNING FOR THE UPCOMING SCHEDULES AND GIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE DRIVERS FOR PICKING UP AND DROPPING OFF THE EMPLOYEES
  •  ASSEMBLE DATA AND PROPER RECORD MANAGEMENT SPECIALLY FOR TECHNICIANS AND RELATED STAFF
  • ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS TO ASSIST MULTIPLE TASKS ZND MULTIPLE EMPLOYEES AT ONE TIME
