We are seeking a reliable, caring, and attentive Nanny to support our family by providing nurturing care for our three young children, aged 1, 2, and 4. The successful candidate will help create a safe, structured, and stimulating home environment while supporting the children’s daily routines, early learning, and developmental needs.
The nanny will ensure the children’s safety and well-being at all times, engage them in age-appropriate activities, and assist with their daily care in a warm and supportive manner.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide care, supervision, and companionship for the children in the employer’s home.
Ensure the children’s safety and well-being at all times.
Assist with daily routines, including feeding, dressing, diaper changing, toilet training (following parents’ guidance), and nap times.
Prepare bottles, infant formula, and nutritious meals or snacks for the children.
Support good hygiene habits, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Engage the children in age-appropriate activities, play, and outings that support their development.
Help maintain consistent routines, including playtime and rest periods.
Perform light housekeeping related to the children, such as tidying play areas and cleaning bottles or utensils.
Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home and keep parents informed about the children’s daily activities and well-being.
Job Requirements:
Completion of secondary school (high school diploma) is required.
At least 1 year of experience caring for children in a private home or similar childcare setting.
Basic knowledge of child safety, early childhood development, and first aid practices.
Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a high sense of responsibility.
Ability to provide a nurturing, patient, and supportive environment for young children.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required.
Completion of a child care training program or courses in early childhood education is considered an asset.
