Job Position: General Farm Worker-Harvesting
Positions Available: 6
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Wages- $17.85/hr. Job is full time and Permanent
Job is full-time and Permanent, weekday, weekend, evening.
Education- not required,
Language – No specific language is required
Experience- No Experience Required (Basic farm knowledge as an asset).
Start Date: As soon as possible
Job Duties:
• Plant, irrigate & Cultivate crops.
• Mixing and preparing soil for the plantation as per instructions
• Picking Up/Harvesting the mature crops
• Storing them in appropriate temperatures in the storage areas
• Positioning and regulating irrigation systems.
• Planting, weeding, fertilizing, and pruning.
• Ensuring healthy growth of plants and reporting any diseases.
• Maintaining cleanliness and following health and safety rules.
• Performing other duties as per instructions.
• Unloading of deliveries of farm material and loading the products for delivery
